Can Pizza Ovens Beat Regular Ones?
I don’t eat pizza too often (carbs!) and I certainly don’t make a lot of pizza. I remember rolling out some Pillsbury dough on a baking sheet, tossing some cheese and spices on it, and hoping for the best. I might as well have bought a Totino’s frozen pizza.
But specific ovens built to bake pizza at a high temperature so the crust comes out similar to your local pizzeria can bring a convenience to your home. Preparation still takes a while and they are not inexpensive, but the product can be quite tasty.
