Auto Review: 2025 Buick Envista SportI recently said the Buick Envista was my favorite vehicle to recommend this year after test driving several versions of it. I like the design and curves on the outside and the roominess and tech features on the inside. Plus the price is right. Listen to my review as heard on "The High-Tech Texan Show"

Auto Review: 2025 Infiniti QX-80If you're looking for a big, 3-row SUV (and I mean BIG), look no further than the Infiniti QX-80. Built on the same frame - by the same company - the QX-80 is a pimped out version of the Nissan Armada. The 2025 version of this luxury tank features supple leather seats, big wheels, and an incredibly roomy 2nd and 3rd row. Listen to my full review as heard on "The High-Tech Texan Show."

Auto Review: 2025 GMC Hummer EV 3XBig. Tough. Fearless. Heavy (9,000 lbs). Quick. Fast. Expensive. Just a few adjectives that I jotted down during my week in the Hummer EV 3X. This all-electric model is a head-turner and fun to drive, especially with the roof panels removed. Good tech inside and speedy pick-up with up to 830 hp. But beware the price tag and charging this big boy. Listen to my full review as heard on "The High-Tech Texan Show."

Auto Review: 2025 Buick Encore GX Sport TouringBuick continues to impress me with its new design, themes, and solid pricing so much that I generally recommend the brand to car buyers. The new 2025 version of the GX doesn't offer a lot of changes from last year's model but it still has nice tech and handles well. Auto Review: 2024 Chevy Equinox EV 2LTChevy's Equinox EV is very similar to its sister vehicle, the Blazer. I recently drove both of them and here is a comparison between the two. Long story short, Equinox is baby bro. Less expensive but still gives you a good amount of range. Auto Review: 2025 Chevy Blazer EVChevy's newest version of its electric Blazer is very roomy, has a large infotainment screen, but is missing a few key tech features. Auto Review: 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali UltimateWe love trucks and if you are looking for a big and luxurious one with almost every bell-and-whistle, you can stop right here with the new GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate. You know when you have not one but two adjectives to describe upgrades in a vehicle that there is nothing else you can ask for. Auto Review: 2025 Nissan Sentra SRYou don't see a lot of new sedans on the road nowadays but Nissan (and maybe Toyota and Honda) keeps pumping them out in the form of the Sentra. The 2025 model comes in three variants and I recently spent a week in the top-of-the-line SR. With a starting price of $25,000, this is definitely one to consider for cost conscious buyers. Auto Review: 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle PHEVYes it's a MINIVAN but I have to drive and review all types of vehicles because there are people who need stuff like this. Chrysler's Pacifica continues to be my choice when it comes to a double-sided, sliding door machine that schleps kids to-and-from soccer practice. But it does have a very smooth ride and the PHEV version gets excellent mileage. Auto Review: 2025 Buick Enclave AvenirDo not sleep on Buick. The brand that your parents used to drive, well my parents still drive one, continue to impress me with a smooth ride and luxurious features. The Avenir badge adds several tech upgrades and don't forget the Super Cruise package for assisted, hands-free driving. Auto Review: 2024 State Fair of Texas Auto ShowMy 15th year of attending the unique indoor-outdoor auto show at The State Fair of Texas in Dallas and it did not disappoint. Very impressed with several showings, especially from Stellantis with debuts and reveals of the RAM 1500 RHO, all-electric Jeep Waggoneer S, and the all-electric (yes) Dodge Charger Daytona Scatpack. Auto Review: 2024 Chevy Equinox EVDid you know Chevy Equinox has an EV version? Neither did I until my test vehicle was delivered to my home. It took me a few minutes to realize this was an Equinox, which has always been a solid gas-powered SUV. But after driving it I realized that this EV is a formidable option in the electric category. Auto Review: 2024 Dodge Hornet GTYes it looks almost exactly like an Alfa Romeo Tonale, probably because it shares a lot of the production qualities from its sister company, but the Dodge Hornet stands on its own with very good handling and acceleration. Auto Review: 2024 GMC Canyon AT4X AEV EditionI don't hide my preference of midsize trucks (vs full-size trucks) as they are easier to maneuver and park. Plus I'm a guy who needs the full-size version as I don't really haul anything. GMC's Canyon has long been a great choice for a midsize but proves even better, stronger, and sexier when it's pimped out with an AT4X and AEV version.
