To celebrate Houston Beer Week I will be inviting local brewmasters to sit in with me during my radio show to discuss his beer. Monday found the boys from Karbach Brewing Co. in with me and today we welcomed Jeff Hamm from Conroe-based Southern Star Brewing Co.
He bought their flagship brand of Bombshell Blonde and their current seasonal Le Mort Vivant (which comes in a handy 750ml bottle). Damn tasty.
